Job Responsibilities: *Bancassurance Channel* - Team Handling Profile

• Involved in taking care of on roll Sales Officer / Relationship Officer team (Bancassurance) and drive business through them
• Implemented key business development initiatives in the territory
• Job involves relationship building, sales also coordinating for smooth and interactive business activities.
• Build working relationships with staff of banking partners through sales support
• Possess good salesmanship with sound product and process knowledge
• Should drive the team towards target achievement

Preferred Candidate:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Insurance Sales

- Preferably from Bancassurance Channel

- Preferably with Team Handling experience

Location: Bidar, Bijapur and Belgaum (Chikodi)

Package offered is upto Rs. 5 - 6.5Lakhs* Per Annum(depending on the current ctc)+ Incentives+ Allowances.
