- Develop micro-architecture and RTL implementation for SoCs .Responsible for block level/ full chip integration and design.
- The selected candidate would do Linting, CDC , LEC and preferably Low Power check tools.
- Will be working on design implementation flows and tools (Synthesis, STA, and DFT) .
- Database management flows with Clearcase/Clearquest.
- Work with functional verification team to review test plans and coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years Hardware Engineering experience or SoC integration experience
- Hiring ASIC design Engineers for System On Chip (SoCs) and complete chipsets that power Qualcomm s wireless device portfolio
- Required strong design experience with background in SoC level integration of design blocks
- RTL expertise (Verilog) with ability to qualify the RTL with frontend design tools such as Lint & CDC
- Strong understanding of multi clock design concepts
- Familiarity with low power design
- Knowledge in verifying synthesis results using formal verification tools like LEC
- Prefer Static timing experience and the ability to read timing reports
- Experience in functional ECO implementation
- Familiarity with AMBA protocols.
- Expertise in Perl, TCL language is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment. Expect good self-direction and time management skills.
