Key Responsibilities :
1 Achieve targeted customer base and revenues for FTTH business at JC in target timelines as per business plan
2 Drive creation of front for network deployment in terms of timely updation of land-base, joint surveys , RFC release, permissions from societies, ROW application and timely execution
3 Drive UJP -wise operational performance of network execution and business operation and reduce variance
4 Drive and Ensure adherence to Home connect Service & Assurance KPIs for all FTTH Activities in the JC
5 Maintain and manage relationships with local authorities and handling any unforeseen situations and escalations
6 Regularly review and ensure material, tool kit availabilities with all concerned team members for performance of job
7 Engage and Drive team and local partners such as LCO, distributors productivity and output as per targets
8 Ensure timely selection and availability contractors ,partner, training and material issuance
9 Ensure Optimum Utilization of Manpower.
