An Incumbent should be MBA in HR or PGDM in Human Resources with an experience of 4-6 years of experience handling recruitment role. He also should have strong hold in managing stakeholders of assigned territories.
- Ability to identify an issue and design a creative solution.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment, Strong communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of multiple teams, both across the Cluster in a heavily matrix-ed environment.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition , Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruiting.
- Ensure adherence to the Talent Acquisition requirements , manage and implement recruitment campaigns, as per the requirement with focus on quality, time and budgetary requirements.
- Work closely and understand the business environment, and the business priorities to facilitate effective HR and Administrative support to the respective regional business functional leadership teams.
