Auditing a given number of chat & emails on a daily basis (Non Voice)
Recording the feedback of customer service representative
Collate daily and weekly reports
Should have excellent communication in English & Hindi

Requirements
Over1 to 5 years of QA experience from BPO industry
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to senior leaders
Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technologies
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Power point
