Job Description

Robotics Simulation Engineer with hands-on project experience in industrial robotics & automobile BIW automation.
Proficient in simulation on BIW applications like plasma cutting, spot welding, handling, stud welding, sealing, arc welding and tool change application with Gripper simulation.
Hands on experience of OLP on Kuka, Fanuc & Comau robots.
Very good knowledge of customer standard OEMs like Daimler & MSIL.Knowledge of online programming, configuring and troubleshooting KUKA, ABB, COMAU & FANUC Robots.
Simulation of Mechanisms in Fixtures , fixture element and representation of the entire line.
Support concept team with simulation & arriving at detail Man machine time of the layout.
Optimization of the Layout, Ergonomics, Reach analysis and Feasibility study.
Software Knowledge : Siemens process simulate, Delmia V5 , RobCAD, RobotStudio, RoboGuide.
