Hexaware is hiring for Team Leader profile for Insurance sales.

Below are the Job Details

Job Location - Mahape, Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai)

Qualification - HSC/Graduate.

Roles & Responsibilities for Team Leader-

Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage.

Should know to drive sales and meet the given target.

Should have handled min 15 to 25 agents as team lead.

Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals

Responsible for staff retention within the team.

Should have worked on dialer

Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS, SLA, Occupancy, Attrition Formula, Shrinkage formula.

Should have Min 1.5 years experience as Insurance Sales Team Leader (On papers)

Must have experience of Outbound Sales Voice (BFSI)
