Freelance Business Development Associate @ Staffing Hour

Job Description

We're looking for someone with:
Minimum 1-2 yrs of experience in Marketing & Advertising Agency
A proven track record of success in cold-calling and getting business
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and apply critical thinking to daily tasks
Strong interest and domain knowledge in Advertising & Marketing
Aptitude for multitasking and managing high volumes of tasks

In this role you will be:
Researching and qualifying potential target accounts
Making outbound phone calls and email contact with potential prospects to book new business meetings
Providing Sales Team with accurate synopsis of qualified meeting agendas
In charge of following up and moving prospects into the sales funnel
Observing sales meetings to enhance your knowledge of the space
Working along with in-house team and ensure monthly targets are met


Pay-Scale
Your salary will be on commission basis
5% of overall billing till 5 closures per month
7% of overall billing above 5 to 10 closures per month
Above 10 closures +2% will be given along additional benefits & perks
Work From Home Opportunity
Location: PAN India (Preferably Bangalore)
