Pipeline Developer (Python,3dsmax, Maya) @ Your HR Power

Job Description

The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the tools, software, project pipeline & workflows. Will be required to provide face-to-face technical support and assistance to artists, as well as developing new tools and scripts in Python to meet project specific deliverables.
Pipeline Developer (PD) should be highly technical and demonstrate an aptitude for creative problem solving.

Job description:
Provide technical assistance and support for artists by developing scripts for 3DMax, Photoshop and Maya. The scripts would help automate repetitive tasks which need human intervention
You will be required to convert an asset from either Maya to Max or vice versa and provide solutions to clean up the dirt in the geometry
Collaborate with Production supervisors to develop specific Python tools and workflows to bridge & build project efficiency
Contribute to the development and constant improvement of the project, reduce rendering time and improve companys automation pipeline
Must have proven record of reducing the overall process time & should have taken initiatives which has brought overall efficiencies in the project workflow of the business.
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in Visual Effects, Animation or related industry as it will be an added advantage
Excellent Python, Mel, Maya & 3dMax scripting skills to create macros
Hands on in developing tools for Digital Content Creation (DCC) packages such as Maya, 3DS Max & Photoshop
Good command over spoken and written English, as you will be required to deal with international teams
