Brief Description:
This recruitment is for US based companys India office to be based either at Mohali or in New West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The company has a team of about 100 developers in Mohali and plans to establish new offices in Bangalore/ Pune. Hence the selected candidate will be required to travel about 20% - 30% between Bangalore/ Pune to manage on-shore and offshore software product developers and support team with direct interaction with clients.

Role & Responsibilities:
Write SOWs based on customer requirements, financials and develop project plans.
Manage customer expectations with effective project planning and timely delivery.
Hold regular project review meetings with customers to understand customer environment and translate customer requirements in to deliverable technical and business requirements.
High-level understanding and implementation of enterprise technologies such as Apache Hadoop, RDBMS and Cloud, analytics and security software.
Knowledge of security software, APIs and their usages and programming/ scripting in JAVA/ Python/ Shell will of advantage.
Collaborate with field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help customers with use cases and onsite visits for implementations.
Review customer cases with support team and follow-up status of client inquiries, issues and enhancements with engineering.
Articulate tradeoffs and discuss solutions with business and development teams.
Handover of accounts from PS to support and deliver on-site/remote technical engagements with partners and customers.
Deliver solutions to customers and manage consulting resources on per project basis.
