International Sales Manager (Specialty Chemicals) - Europe Location: Noida
International Sales Manager (Specialty Chemicals) - Europe will be responsible for Achieving Budgeted Topline of
Growth Unit comprising of Key Accounts of Specialty Chemicals based primarily in Europe. The incumbent will
have knowledge of European chemicals sales and distribution market for chemicals, play a key role in the new business
development and sales of existing products. The Person will be responsible for achievement of monthly / quarterly /
annual sales objectives.
The incumbent for this position, would be a mid-level professional, equipped with an MBA degree from a reputed
Management institute, Graduate in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemicals Engineering, have 8-10 years sales experience
of Chemicals Exports to Europe. He/she will have very strong written and verbal English communication skills, proven
Analytical, Data Analysis Techniques on MS Excel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales / Marketing
i) Identify Prospective customers in the target region, thru cost-effective secondary research, primary research
tools, regular communications to understand customer requirements.
ii) Develop best solutions for the prospects, and the most suitable exports logistics
iii) Convert the opportunities into sales and Develop strong relations with customers.
iv) Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales objectives
v) Review the market environment, and take course corrective measures promptly
2. Analytical
i) Understand detailed Costing for Exports, Imports and Local Distribution to offer customers as per their
required delivery modes, Incoterms
ii) Analyze Product-wise Sale, Selling Prices and Trend Analysis
iii) Analyze Variances in Sales Targets, Quantities
iv) Sales Budget Preparation, Sales Performance Review Presentations
3. Market Research
i) Monitor Competition, Global Trade Flows, Exports-Import Database, Identify Viable Gaps for
Bloomchemag in Exports Markets
ii) Analyse Demand-Supply Balances of assigned chemicals and decide sales prices
iii) Business Intelligence (Collect Market Information thru Secondary Research, Subscribed News Databases
and Industry Journals & Periodicals)
iv) Tracking Competitors (thru their annual reports, balance sheets, news, other secondary sources)
v) Understand Costing Global and Domestic Prices of Major Raw Materials and Finished Products.
Candidate Profile
Following are the desired qualifications and attributes of the candidate:
Degree in CHEMISTRY, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING and MBA - both from Most Reputed Institutes.
Experience Profile: 8-10 years in International sales/Exports of specialty chemicals in Europe.
Exposure to business development/product management in Large Indian/Global companies in Specialty
Chemicals
Knowledge of Logistics, Exposure to Costing for International Sales Excellent Analytical decision making and negotiation skills
