We are currently looking for BPO Quality Analyst (Call) for Mahape Location

Key Responsibility

Auditing a given number of call on a daily basis

Recording the feedback of customer service representative

Collate daily and weekly reports

Should have excellent communication in English & Hindi

Call Monitoring

Requirements

Over1 to 5 years of QA experience from BPO industry

Exceptional listening and analytical skills

Experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to senior leaders

Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technologies

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Power point

Job Location Mahape

Qualification Graduate

Experience 1year and above

Language Proficiency English & Hindi
