Opening for City head Position to (DSA / Pioneer) channel to Hyderabad

  1. Position Summary:

Achieve targeted business results in the Retail business through effective implementation of Branch strategy into Operational effectiveness. Provide leadership and motivation to the team & your channel partners towards raising of performance standards, mentoring and training working effectively with the external environment and be a valuable resource to the Company.

C. Job Specifications:

  • Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in sales Development role preferably through Distribution management
  • Experience in the mortgages/insurance in sales role is necessary
  • Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred
  • Age 24 -40Years
  • Good Communication & presentation Skills
  • Candidates should be employed / currently they should be in working.
  • Candidates should have good experience in: Mortgages / loan against property/ home loan / personal loan.

D. Job Description:

  • Responsible for recruitment and management of RMs/DSA - Identify, recruit and manage team of 8-10 Relationship managers
  • Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
  • Responsible for assessment of market potential and work towards tapping the same with business delivery month on month
  • Ensure branch/unit profitability
  • Train and motivate team /channel partner to provide a better understanding of market/products & processes
  • Monitor and review team/channel partners performance. Help them achieve business numbers through active engagement
  • Planning and execution of marketing/engagement activities at local level
  • Meeting the expectation of internal /external customers on a regular basis as per laid down service standards
  • Seek new customers and increase sales.
