Job Description
Hi All,
We are looking to hire a Head Finance/ Chief Financial Officer for a Non-Profit Organisation, based out of Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Female candidates preferred). The ideal candidate will be responsible for heading the Finance, Legal and IT functions along with the below KRAs.
Role Summary
Candidate should have strong exposure in Financial risk management, Management assurance, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Financial status, Tax strategies, capital request, Financial performance, and budgeting. This role will be directly working with Chairman, CEO, Board members and other leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating the organizations future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities;
projecting expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities
for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund
expansion - Develop strategic business plans strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
- Develop financial and tax strategies and manage the capital request and budgeting
processes - Report financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances;
developing improvements - Finance Risk Management and adherence to Group Philosophies
- Management assurance and Statutory Compliance.
- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations, Attend board meetings on behalf of the organization.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandate)
- Qualification - CA / MBA- Finance-Tier one college only.
- Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in a relevant role.
