Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Process analyst would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily set target with high efficiency and accuracy. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiencies and practices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Process Analyst will work with business owners, managers and other staff members to accomplish the daily set targets based on the process engaged.

Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office

Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.

Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members

Pro-active and zeal to outperform Communication- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English

Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active

Willingness to work in any business shift Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours

Qualifications

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

One -Two years experience

Strong written & spoken communication skills with strong comprehension ability

Open for feedback and learning opportunities

Must have Own System (Desktop / Laptop)

Broadband connectivity with speed more than 5 MBPS

Flexibility - Any shift @ business requirement

Service Agreement for 1 year

Other Facilities:

5 days working

Night Shift Allowances 

Salary up to 4.5 LPA
