We are an executive search firm looking for below mentioned profile for our client:-

Location: Ludhiana

Job Description

• Coordinate all training programs/Professional development programs of employees at the studio.
• Collaborate with other Training team for conducting cross-site training sessions
• Keep training curriculum database updated.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain training facilities, equipment, and material.
• Maintain the Master Training Calendar and update changes
• Communicate and create awareness of training events in the studio with banners, emails, posters etc.
• Coordinate guest lectures, workshops and other training sessions with external and internal SME. Ensure training philosophy is reflected in all training services.
• Act as a strong and reliable bridge between Trainees and Trainers
• Ensure to deliver Training as per schedule and coordinate with Trainers for the same
• Gather training feedback after each training program.
