- Driving the sales and generating new sales/ Business with Go Getter attitude crack leading architects and clients & Win high ticket Orders.
- Ensuring face to face meetings as per set Goals of our self and team to get best potential and productivity tapping existing and generating new opportunities.
- Market mapping & ensure implementation of Business strategies to deliver annual volume & distribution objectives of the area along with reach to untapped areas.
- Appointing, Creating strong network & Manage the performance of CP (Target Audience) within the area. Identify issue and take action to deal with them & Maintain territory hygiene as per company policy
- Monitor competitor activities, conduct survey to find new products, price competition is offering.
- Coming up with new ideas & Opportunities for generating business in assigned region.
- Handling & Supporting a team of Business Managers, Asst Manager, Business & Technical Executive and generating business & Achieving set Goals.
- Assessing training needs of team and arranging the same with Human Resource Department.
- Division of territory between team to get best possible results.
- Should be able hold team accountable and drive a team towards a common vision and goal
- Closely observing daily working of their respective teams and getting best productivity out of them.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual business goal.
- Collecting booking amount (Advance) from client and submitting same to finance.
- Maintaining a good relation New and Existing client, Architects & Channel partners.
- Assisting operation in processing of Business order and payment follow up.
