1. Experience in on page & Off page activities

2. Excellent knowledge about EAT, target audience, competitor analysis, KW research, GA & GSC

3. Generate quality & relevant backlinks

4. Understanding of user intent & purpose for context-based page optimization

5. Good to have knowledge of algorithmic updates

6. Good to have experience in Social Media for generating relevant traffics and engagement

Must have

Bachelor/masters degree in information technology: B.E., B. Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc, etc.

4+ years experience in handling B2B websites with all the On-Page & Off-Page areas for lead generation

Good understanding of target audience, competitor analysis, Google Analytics & Search Console, Social media-based content generation ideas.

Expert understanding of content optimization based on context for Desktop & Devices, content positioning and content marketing using article, blogs, infographics, videos etc.

Good understanding of website architecture, URL structure, responsive site optimization, structure data, page speed insights, crawling, indexing etc.

Capable of working with multiple sites

Constant monitoring of all the on-site and off-site checkpoints and KPIs and fixing issues

Excellent understanding about algorithmic updates and how to recover from it.

Experience in understanding business requirements and turning them into detailed designs and content specifications for web designers and content developers

Capable of coordinating with web developers, content writers & marketing teams

Follow the SEO best practices for site design, content development & marketing

Good oral & written communication skills

Good to have

Actively upgrading knowledgebase of SEO, web design, content and digital marketing related latest updates & trends and share with the team

Experience in lead generation from B2B sites for IT company, Data processing & Engineering areas

Highly numerate, analytical and able to demonstrate strong attention to detail

Professional approach to the assigned tasks with strict timeline adherence
