Excellent Opportunity for Freshers (Client of Krishpar Technologies Pvt Ltd)

Loan Collection Executive - Voice Process (BPO)

1. Analysing the day to day customer details whose loan amount to be repaid as per scheduled due date.

2. Making calls to customers and reminding them about the loan due date and request them to make payment on time.

3. Ensure that the customer has made the payment as per due date, if not made please make reminder calls.

Work Location : Doddenakundi, Near Marathahalli, Bangalore

Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. 6 days a week
