Job Description

IKS Health is seeking a passionate, self-driven and experienced Administrator for managing our sales activity & reporting processes via Salesforce.com (Salescloud). The incumbent will be part of our sales enablement efforts and will work closely with various teams within IKS, collaborating closely with Sales, Solutions, Finance, Operations & Marketing teams to enable users to get the most out of Salesforce.


The incumbent Salesforce Admin in this role will need to understand how to make the platform work for our companys unique needs. This includes:

  • Maintain the platform & user accounts / licenses
  • Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
  • Stay updated on the platforms new tools, capabilities, and updates
  • Build reports & processes and provide reporting support
  • Train newly joined members of Sales / Solutions / Marketing teams on the platform

The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set including deep analytical skills, excellent Salesforce platform knowledge & technical skills, ability to generate reports and derive insights, ability to train / coach colleagues on the platform. The role is inherently cross-functional and will require the individual to interact with colleagues across teams & geographies. The incumbent must also be a passionate evangelist of the Salesforce platform, execute in a fast paced environment, drive towards simple solutions to complex problems, and be eager to learn.


Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain the platform & user accounts / licenses and building reports / processes on Salesforce:

  • Manage Salesforce.com CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
  • Hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages.
  • Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.

Ongoing Sales reporting

  • Creating & managing reports related to sales activity, pipeline reports, sales forecasts, lead generation activity
  • Engaging with Finance & Sales teams to align / reconcile reports on actual performance

Training / Coaching for Sales / Solutions / Marketing on the platform

  • Train newly joined members from Sales / Solutions / Marketing / Operations team about the platform
  • Provide ongoing refresher training with all new developments / customization & communicate changes proactively

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A graduate from a recognized university (H)
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator (H)
  • Demonstrated reporting and Sales MIS / Forecast management experience (H)
  • A Certified Salesforce.com Administrator is preferred (M)
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com Salescloud application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes (M)
  • Cultural mobility to work with multi-geography cross-functional teams (M)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (H)
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Demand-tools, Eclipse Force.com IDE) (M)

Shift- 3pm-12am.

5 days a week.
