Urgent opening for Regional Manager Zambia with a client leading Importers of pharmaceutical & medical products in Uganda. The company imports high quality pharmaceutical products from reputed manufacturers who meet the regulatory approvals from advanced countries like, UK, USA, Europe,South Africa and Australia.

The company has its own dispensing, retail, and wholesale outlets in the heart of the city of Kampala with a well-designed distribution network across the country, with a turnover exceeding US$5 million.

Responsibilities:-

Promoting new products developed by the companies to health care service providers.
Target achievement Monthly, quarterly and annually, product wise and unit wise, Area wise
Developing the overall marketing strategy & Promotional activities for the company, in leu with the organizational objectives.
Design Monitor and run effective promotional plans.
Design field staff KRA, Training, monitor their requirements according to promotional activities.
Continuously reviewing activity, sales and other parameters with respect to KRAs MR to ensure that it is achieved in the right quality and within the defined timeframe
Timely monitor Assess total call, productive call, non-call activity reports and daily / monthly / weekly report.
Ensuring effective implementation of the marketing strategy.
Analyzing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any.

Experience Required:- 4-5 Years (Minimum)working as Area Sales Manager . Man management capabilities a must . must have handled a team of 3+ 

Age - Not More than - 38 yrs 

Compensation Offered:-Depends on Caliber/Experience/Smartness (Budget upto $1400 it can be vary)Plus Shared Accommodation + Food Allowance + Health Insurance + Travel Allowance
