Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs(TNI) within the organization through Individual Development Plan, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers.
- Participate in conducting needs analysis and worked with subject matter experts to develop customized training programs to meet identified needs.
- Developed and provided reporting on training and development metrics, including number of courses, Training Man days, participant profiles and evaluation results, to business line clients.
- Training to associates.
- On the job training.
- Knowledge of simulation games.
- Content Development.
- Training Delivery.
- Competency Mapping.
- Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs.

Experience: 5+ years
