Job Description
Position Description:
Dot Net Technical Architect is responsible for designing and developing secure scalable solutions for products which have been continuously evolving to meet clients requirements. Day to day activities involve clear understanding of business requirements, developing design & guiding team for delivery of technical solutions by doing impact analysis, implementing, and documenting the right solution.
Mandatory Skills:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect solutioning enterprise level applications from medium to complex problems.
- Must have experience with CI/CD like Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus
- Min 2yrs working on Cloud platform product preferably - Azure and experience of owing product.
- Expertise in design, develop and maintain applications in Microsoft Technologies using .Net Core and .Net Framework
- Must possess good implementation skills of Object-Oriented Design Patterns, Design Principles (SOLID, DRY) using C#.Net
- Proven technical skills in developing SOAP and REST integration services like WCF, Web API and loosely coupled architectures like SOA (Microservices) etc.
- Experience in implementation of any authentication and authorization concepts like OAuth, OpenID and SSO using JWT, ADFS, SAML
- Write secure code adhering to OWASP guidelines and possess implementation skills of CORS, CSRF, XSS
- Proficient in cloud-based application development over Azure or similar platforms
- Exposure in writing unit and integration testing cases using NUnit/XUnit along with like MoQ framework
- Proficient enough to understand and write code using ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML 5 and CSS 3
- Good at writing complex stored procedures, functions and DDL statements like indexes, constraints etc. using SQL Server
- Experience in manage (branching/merging) code bases using tools likes Git/Tortoise SVN/TFS
- Proficient in working Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies using Jira or similar tool
- Good at Oral and Written communication skills
- Prior experience in collaborating with onshore/offshore teams
Good To Have:
- Hands-on using React JS, Redux, Node JS, TypeScript, Angular confirming to ES6 standards
- Prior experience in XML and XSD schema validations and generating objects
- Prior experience in developing applications using VB.Net
- Any experience in CI/CD like Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus
- Knowledge of working on Dockers and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of message queue like MSMQ/RabbitMQ.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor a team of developers, own architecture, and responsible for technical delivery of active engagements
- Perform code reviews and validation capacity; ensure relevant product expertise and depth is achieved
- Setting up best practices to help the team achieve the above and constantly thinking about improving the technology
- Actively participate in development along with team members, creating modules & systems that can be treated as a working reflection of the best practices
- Refactor code by suggest and implement the best optimal way of implementation thus form basis to improve performance, scaling and easy code maintainability
- Focus on upskill of team members and increasing their velocity, productivity, and quality of deliverables
- Define & drive implementation of long-term technology vision for product & team
- Drive a culture of curiosity, adoption and experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools
Education:
B.E. / B. Tech, M. Tech / MCA full time from a recognized University.
