Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented Assistant game producer who can work closely with our hard-working core members.Job Location - QATAR
Nationalities Can Apply - India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines
Responsibilities:
Manage resources to ensure milestones are reached in a timely manner.
Analysis the requirements of market needed.
Build up teams and follow up work of teams.
Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders about strategy, progress and timeline.
Work directly with high end clients to ensure custom assets are carefully built to specifications.
Remotely attend technology meetings with industry partners.
Review and edit content provided by partners and development team.
Good knowledge of publishing of game.
Requirements:
5+ years of video game industry experience
Good knowledge of different type of game like RPG online game, casual game and AAA game.
Very strong communication and documentation skills
Experience in successfully leading on time projects while maintaining strong team spirit
Ability to create detailed project plans, milestone schedules, task lists, and project mgmt. docs
Strong working knowledge of project management tools and software
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
Ability to work closely with artists, engineers, and development partners in a supportive team environment
Passion for game industry and working knowledge of modern game features and techniques
Pluses:
Working knowledge of Perforce or other source control solutions
Unreal Engine 4 experience
At least 1 shipped AAA quality game
Up-to-date on modern game features, technologies, and best practices
