Urgent opening for call center Quality Analyst & Quality Auditor for our company based at Kirti Nagar. Immediate Joining!

Call- Megha- 9811745***

Experience- 2-4 years 

Salary- Up to 25K per month

Metro Connectivity (near Moti Nagar Metro Station)

Qualification- Graduation & above

Shift Timings- Monday- Saturday (10 a.m.- 6 p.m)

Fixed day shift

Job Responsibilities:-

Previous quality experience is must

You will be required to audit calls and share feedback with reps and Team Leaders

Should have have worked on quality reports

Should have ability to coach and train reps 

Will be working on TNA and call calibration
