Our reputed client an automotive components product manufacturer co require a senior HR generalist who have at least 10 yrs experience in the following field:
Profile:
Complete Payroll processing- Processing Payroll of appx. 500-600 employees Calculating Basic, HRA, Leave, OT, Advance etc.
Adherence to statutory compliance in relation to payroll services- Preparing All Deduction Parts as EPF, ESI, LWF and Professional Tax (Haryana).
Job Description
Salary Calculation of all staff, Labors & contractors of 1 Factory on Monthly Basis.
Leave record Maintenance on Monthly Basis.
Monthly Contract Labor salary Attendance & Calculation.
Take care of all ESIC deduction & submission.
Salary Statement Preparation for Bank & Self Submission.
Bonus record Maintenance on yearly Basis.
Responsible for Leave Issues, Incentives, Increments, etc. after coordination with relevant departments.
Review, analyze, check and correctpayrollrecords.
Timely submitting the monthlypayrollreports to Finance foraccountingHandling employees leave and attendance & Tax queries.
Prepare all registers regarding Labour law.
Leave management -Control late coming, early going etc.
Maintain employee database.
Esic, epf, gratuity, bonus etc
Submit all returns regarding labour laws.
Overtime related work
Key Skills: Payroll processing ,time office, Statutory Compliance, Manpower Planning,Grievance Handling,LWF, Payroll,Savior, ESIC,PF, Bonus Act, Factory Act, Gratuity Act, Contract Labour Act .
