Main Accountabilities: Project Management & Communication (Level: Advanced)External & Internal Communication (Level: Advanced)Planning & Team Management (Level: Advanced)Agile Process (Level: Advanced)QA expertise - Automation (Level: Medium) Role Specific Knowledge, Experience and Skills: 7 to 10 years of experience in managing delivery teams and external stakeholder communication.
Excellent & effective Communication Skills. Should be able to interface with multiple delivery teams and engage them to ensure delivery remains on track at all times.Advanced expertise on web app development and quality management concepts.
Good conceptual skills on web applications application - backend and frontend.Experience of using tools that integrate best practices like static code analysis, automated unit tests and integration tests, code coverage analyzers etc.,Ability to work well both, in a team environment and independently while tackling complex problems
Ability to learn and adapt to varying Project demands and accordingly engineer the team eco system to perform. Qualification: Essential DesirableEngineering Degree / MCA (Full Time) with good academic recordsPMP or Prince Certification or Agile Certifications will be an added advantage.
