Job Description
Job Role purpose
The Marketing Cloud Technical Architect will work as a SME on Salesforce Marketing Cloud systems, data and integrations. This role will be Business facing and as part of the engagement will work hand in hand with the Marketing Business solution architect and development team to understand the requirements and create technical solutions for them.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
- Own tasks from leading technical requirements gathering and architecture sessions with Business and project teams through design, development, testing and deployment
- Should collaborate with Business solution architect on functional and technical design specifications while providing subject matter expertise to the Business and developers throughout the engagement
- Should have hands-on experience as this role requires significant technical experience and abilities with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related cloud technologies
- Should have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Products Knowledge such as Journey Builder, Email Studio , Interaction Studio , Audience Studio, Salesforce Social and Advertising Studio , Pardot , Datorama etc
- Advanced understanding of marketing automation technology including SFMC ecosystem, data models, common integrations and third-party technology solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or master s degree
- 5+ years in an advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Prefer to have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
- Ability to work in Large teams located across the globe in multiple Time zones
- Good to Have previous Experience in Marketo, Percolate , Azure
