Desired Candidate Profile
ERP -- Maintenance of existing solution and regular checks to validate proper usage and functioning of all modules - Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Finance.
- Implementing new modules(Customer, Payroll, Loyalty) and sub-modules of existing(Stock Management, Outdoor Catering)
- Setting up new business locations with end to end data integration of existing ERP solutions
- Provide adequate training for compulsory day to day operations to new handlers and refreshers to existing users for optimal usage of reports and analytics.
- Troubleshooting and cleaning of polluted data within the ERP.
- Coordinating with all other departments to identify micro and macro level KPIs for decision making - Development of Product, Brand Identity, New Ventures, etc.
- Setup, maintenance and regular improvement of KPIs dashboard as per evolving business needs.
- Complete data management of the organisation pertaining to Sales, Operations, Customer and Financial
- Creation of data capture process, storage of data, tracking of data summary reports.
- Design, implement and track Target and Incentives programs across all departments with tangible performance parameters
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers
