Job Description

Position Title: Subject Matter Expert

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in equipment maintenance and taxonomy/ EAM data/ CMMS/ reliability work in FMCG companies.
• Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation engineer
• Should be able to differentiate Equipment class/unit, Subunit, Component/ Maintainable item, Part/Spare per ISO 14224 guidelines
• Should be able to define class & characteristics for major equipment's
• Should be able to clearly define and differentiate the equipment boundaries by taking into account - reliability & maintenance data of the equipment's, its control & driver units
• Should be able to identify Bill of Material components and critical spares
• Should be able to identify major failure & damage modes of the equipment's
• Should be proficient in using laptop/desktop and Microsoft packages like Excel, PowerPoint, word, Visio etc.
• Preferred to have experience driving RCM/ FMEA projects
• Preferred to have SAP PM/EAM experience

Requirements

• Should have BE, MBA will be added advantage
• Total experience> 5 years to 15 Years
• should have Overseas experience of 2 years managing Middle East & US clients projects.
• Domain Managed master data projects around materials or retail domain
• Excellent business communication skills
