e Role - Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) Functional Specialist -Deputy Manager or Manager

Skills Must have :

- Looking candidates only from North INDIA,

- Looking for only Functional Consultant (not Technical),

- Must be working in IT or ITES firm,

- Overall 9-10 years experience (minimum) with relevant experience of 3-5 years (minimum) in Oracle Fusion

- As an Oracle HCM cloud (Fusion) Functional Specialist, You will use your Knowledge and Experience with this premier SaaS Tool to Help

- Your Clients Solve the most pressing issues Facing their HR Function Today by

- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining oracle Fusion core Hr Configuration, system security, and proper functioning of system interfaces

- Relevant experience in all phases of a full implementation life cycle (requirements gathering, design, Build, go live, testing) in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Hands on configuration working with functional set up manager across Fusion Modules

- Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity, Assists system updates mass uploads, security changes, or troubleshoot system

- Meet or Exceed service level agreements when making system updates, mass uploads, security changes, or troubleshooting interfaces

- Provide support for Manger self service, Employee self Service,and HCM core work Structures(Department codes, Job codes, Locations)

- Participate in HR initiatives and serve as an HRIS subject matter expert in company wide system integration projects when needed

- Assist key stakeholders with data analysis, data validation and data extracts

- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and IT on a regular basis

- Collaborate with business and control impact of each work stream (oracle SaaS,HCM)on all facets of the organization and existing technology applications

- Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence

- Aptitude for trouble shooting and problem solving with the ability to exercise mature judgement.

Working Days - 5 Days a week
