Date of Interview : 13th, 14th & 15th Oct'2020
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive, Recruitments
Job Description:
1. Souring and mobilizing candidates through various Job boards, references & social & professional networking.
2. Align candidates to respective locations for digital interview & assessment.
3. Strong Follow-ups and reconfirmation till assessment or joining.
4. Taking feedback and maintaining proper MIS & Dashboard.
5. Rigorous calling and line-ups.
6. Ensure efficient lineups & footfall.
7. Maintain sufficient backup and pipeline of candidates.
Eligibility:
1. Any UG/Grad/PG
2. Exp: 0 to 3 yrs.
3. Should be smart and confident with excellent communication skills.
4. If experience, should be from mass hiring/telesales background.
5. Should have flair in recruitment or sales.
6. Should be a target and result oriented personality.
CTC offered:
Fresher (0 to 10 months): 8000 to 10000 per month + Attractive incentives plan
Experience: (1yr to 3 year): 11000 to 15000 per month + Attractive incentive plan
Location: Seekruit, 16th floor, 1604, Cloud 9, Sector-1, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. 500 meter away from Vaishali metro station.
No of Vacancy: 8 ( limited post )
Job Timings: 9.30 AM till 9.30 PM ( no prolonged hours )
