Role :Cloud Services Operations

Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Must Have Skills :Microsoft Active Directory,Microsoft Windows Azure (IaaS)

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : Provide Azure Subscription MS Azure
Perform Capacity Planning and Reviews
Enable and Respond to Service Monitor Alerts availability, capacity, application
Administer Client Data Protection Plan
Maintain STORAGE Account, Data Refresh

Technical Experience : Certified in Azure - This is a must
Hands On experience in Azure with implementation knowledge
VM Creation, Permission, Security, High Availability
Migrate Legacy to Azure VM DB
Knowledge in Web Jobs
Axure Active Directory
Knowledge on BI on Azure is an added advantage

Professional Attributes : Efficiency in Network Setup, Sound concept in Networking
Experience in Team/ Delivery Management
At least 7 Years of Experience in Infra Services with 2 Years experience in MS Azure

Educational Qualification : As per Accenture standard

Additional Information : Comfortable in 24 power 7 environment

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
