The key responsibility of this role is to build a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner.
Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.
After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by coaching and guiding sales team members of channel partner on training, licensing, prospecting new customer and solving customer queries.
This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and channel partner location. You will be required to be in the market to meet customer/client, sometimes on Sundays as well (as and when required).
You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to building a continuous interaction with sales team of channel partners and achieving sales target (Through effective sales pitch, prospecting new customers, organize worksites and campaigns, participating in sales contests). You will be required to meet product mix targets specified as per organization's strategy.
You are required to support the channel partner pre and post sales (claim settlement etc).
You are required to focus on quality of business and persistency ( renewals of premium)
Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through customer relationship.
