Job Description
A proactive, go getter and an enthusiastic individual required for understanding, supporting and executing test related activities for Cloud based applications like Salesforce, CPQ using Agile test methodology. Primary activities will include:
- Ability to lead/ deliver projects independently working with various cross functional stakeholders like IT teams (for development), Finance, Tax, Logistics team. This also requires an ability to understand the process stream map for Order management and know the Quote-2-Cash flow, especially Quotes, opportunities, Leads & other pre-sales business activities.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud-based applications like Salesforce, CPQ & ERPs like Oracle, Siebel.
- Good understanding of testing lifecycle, testing tools & processes. Good working understanding of Regression test, retrofit test, e2e test, user experience test types. This would be very essential to be successful in this role. Should take initiative to practice and apply news skills required
- Ensure work allocation within the Test team & track the SLAs/deliverables. Report any ambiguity to the manager asap & work on the action plan.
- Decision maker; move quickly; authorized to make decisions during meetings
- Should be a solution provider, evaluate new/upgrade features. Participate effectively in issue management. Discover and troubleshoot issues; manage to resolution
- Ability to understand and analyze business processes, understand stated & implied needs. Work with Business Partners to provide robust and scalable solutions. Provide innovative solutions to complex process problems
Job Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 6-7 years working experience in Project/Test Management, preferably managing Order Management, Cloud based applications testing (Salesforce, CPQ etc.). A test lead experience will be preferrable
