Automotive Wiring Harness Industry

Taking care of Customer Quality,

Inprocess Quality,

Product audit,

Reliabiity Lab testing, Warranty analysis,

Quality System management, Weekly/Monthly reviews with all sections within Quality Department for KRA's. CFT approach for problem solving.

Monitoring customer wise Monthly and quarterly Quality Index and deployment of Road maps for achieving excellent level targets.

Keeping continuous focus on inprocess/EOL rejections and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.

Extensive use of Horizontal deployment of counter measures.

Deep dive approach for problem solving.

SIC(Supplier Improvement cell),Supplier rating/ Supplier audits/ supplier approval

Required Candidate profile

--Manufacturing Quality Assurance (Inprocess)

--Customer Quality Assurance (CQA), Customer interaction, customer specific requirements

Customer audits, Customer claim/ line rejection/ Warranty analysis & CAPA

---Moulding shop Quality Assurance SQA and Incoming quality

--ISO/TS Quality Management System Review

--MRM & internal/ surveillance audits/PPAP, APQP

--Product and process audit

--Calibration,MSA

-Supplier rating/ Supplier audits/ supplier approval

-Pre dispatch audit, Layout Inspection & non conformity report

- Customer interaction, customer specific reqirements

-Customer audits, Customer claim/ line rejection/
