Position: - QA Manager
Qualification: BE Tech (Electronics or Mechanical)
Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in quality.
Location: Electronic city, Bangalore
Job Description
- Ensure and maintain quality department functions w.r.t ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards in organization and Supplier place.
- Establish and drive Process/ Production team to achieve Quality product using Total Control Methodology, Kaizen, Application Based Reliability Testing/ Analysis, etc.
- Ensuring the quality of the product through Process Audit, Rejection conformation in line (Process or Incoming), CAPA tracking & control, Model Changeover check, Conduct Quality meeting and solving the in-house and field issues by leading Quality team.
- Prepare PFC, PFMEA & Control plan for each process in any manufacturing projects based on DFMEA inputs.
- Preparation of procedures or SOPs for any activity.
- Coordinating with Customers right from technical discussion, factory audit, product qualification, Engineering Changes and failure analysis.
- Resolving customer feedback / noticed issues, by coordinating with relevant internal function for failure analysis / improvement and generation of 8D (CAPA).
- Development of Quality manuals, inspection reports, Process flow diagram, control plan, FMEA, Process Capability, CAPA (Corrective & preventive action), etc.
- Active involvement in New Product Developments & Coordinating with Offshore Engineering team for Process Change Requests, identify the product CTQs.
- Establish the Agreement of Inspection, Receipt Inspection Standard, Supplier PDIR before SOP for NPD and ECN Changes
- To ensure the Incoming material Quality Assurance as per the defined process.
- To ensure Quality Control activities completed as per the plan & maintained all the evidence records.
- Preparation of System / Module Level Quality Assurance Plans.
- Conducting meetings with various stake holders to consolidate data necessary for preparation of QAPs.
- Review and implementation of Customer Quality requirements
- Well-versed with customer audits, VDA, IMDS, RoHS, REACH, SVHC etc.
