Job Description
Location: - PUNEDesignation: - Relationship Manager Lighting Projects
Organization: - Vashi Electricals Pvt. Ltd., Pune
Job profile :
- Will be responsible for fostering sales growth by generating requirement from Municipal Corporations, Infrastructure Companies, Industrial Establishments, Industrial Parks, for the basket products / Solutions.
- Track new up-coming grey & green field projects & subsequently drive business development strategy for growth.
- Building positive relationships with existing & new set of customers
- Seek opportunities in the market place to increase extraction & profitability
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunity lead sharing to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Preserve existing believer customers and aggressively hunt for new set of customer for increased business volume
How do you Qualify for this job
- Experience at least 2-3 Years in sales and marketing in the field of Lighting Products and selling of Lighting Solutions etc.
- BE or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork &leadership skills
- Ready for extensive travelling in & around Pune
- Track Projects at early stage and identify opportunity to sell Lighting products.
- Capability to understand Lighting requirements technically and propose optimum cost-effective solutions to the prospects, Business Development in promoting Vashi as Lighting solutions provider and promote various principals brands. Generate lead. Understand Approval process, Tendering process and Order Closure capability
- Markets Knowledge : Municipal Street Lighting, Building Construction as regards to Street / Exterior Lighting and Interior Lighting on a Mass Scale, Infrastructure projects like Sea Ports, Warehouses, Logistics Parks, Industrial Set up, Contractors dealing in Lighting, Industrial Parks, Industrial Areas, Airports, Highways, Toll Gates, Check Post related Lighting.
