PTC Cloud Incident Management Engineer

Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing support for PTC hosted Cloud customers, to ensure their Production systems are up and running, and functional 24X7 which will further help PTC achieve its PTC 2020 Vision.will be a part of highly diverse 24X7 PTC Cloud Services Delivery Team supporting multiple customers and multiple products across the Globe.
Roles and responsibilities:

1.Lead investigation and client communication for critical or enterprise down issues. Examples being (but not limited to) - complex Integration / solution / product issues, performance issues etc.
2.Investigating and fixing run time customer issues and putting measures in place to avoid recurrence
3.Fixing issues reported by PTC Internal monitors
4.Addressing customer Service Requests/Changes
5.Performing deployments for new Cloud customers and upgrades for existing ones

Requirement:

1.2 to 4 years of experience in client facing 24X7 support roles
2.Good troubleshooting /Debugging skills.
3.Good Technical Skills on Linux Platform.
4.Understanding of Core Java, PHP and SQL
5. Having a programming/coding background will be a plus
6.Ability to logically prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work well under pressure
