Hiring for a "Career Development Executive" - The ideal candidate should have decent communication skills and the ability to develop a trusting environment while assisting students and parents gain a better understanding of their learning habits and choose the right course.

Here you will be selling Online Learning App to the parents and students.
End to end field sales
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Mondays Fixed Off)
Work Timings: 11:00 am - 08:00 pm( Should be ok with late night working)
Salary - Ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000 fixed (Basis last drawn fixed salary) + Incentives
Age - 20 yrs - 32 yrs only can apply
Job locations- Kolhapur, Solapur, Satara, sangli, Nanded, Pune, Noida, pune, amravati, ahmednagar, nagpur, mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Identify opportunities through Web/Telephonic interactions & Marketing events.
- Validate and manage the Leads generated through the above-mentioned activities.
- Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closer.
- Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly closure by continuousfollow-up.
- Provide counselling to students and help them choose the right learning module.
- Willing to travel within city limits&convince the customer (i.e.parernts) to purchase Toppscholars learning app to improve their children's quality of education and academic result.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery and sustain the given targets.
