UKG Noida is hiring a software QA professional who would be accountable for the quality of the product by developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality releases. The candidate must demonstrate good analytical abilities, attention to detail and verbal & written English communication skill. We are looking for Test Engineer with excellent manual and automation testing skills.

? Work closely with developers to design and deliver the key components of UKG WorkForce Ready
? Involved in every step of software development process like designing, development and testing
? Responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality releases
? Perform and define structured functional application, integration and regression testing activities
? Ensuring proper functionality and performance of a wide variety of applications and platforms
? Successful candidates will be experienced in modern test methodologies and processes executed throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as an individual contributor in a small Agile team environment
? A demonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation and continuous improvement initiatives are key to this position
? Proficient in testing technique like Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Class Partitioning, Decision Table Based Testing methods
? Technical guiding, mentoring & leading the junior members in the team
? Providing technical expertise to the projects
? Growing the technical knowledge & expertise of the team
? Responsible & accountable for the quality of the product for the project
? Enhancing existing automation framework using Selenium with Java
? Automate manual test cases and execute automation suite on periodic basis
? Test case review of other team members
Qualifications

Must Have:

? 5-8 years of IT industry experience working with product companies and top tier service level organization
? 2+ years of UI automation testing experience with Selenium using frameworks and descriptive programming in current project
? Must have experience in Rest-Assured framework for automating REST APIs
? Experience in White Box testing
? Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC
? Good knowledge of test design techniques and test case reviews
? Good experience in SQL Server
? Must have created automation framework from scratch using Java and Selenium
? Good experience in test management tools preferably with JIRA
? Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (POM, Data Driven and Keyword Driven)
? Good at problem solving with excellent documentation and communication skills
? Good coding skill in a JAVA as programming language
? Strong experience in TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins and Maven
? Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through
? Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
? Experience testing using various platforms
? Experience in SaaS & Cloud based application testing
? Strong Experience in every step of the software development process like designing, development and testing

Good to Have:

? Strong XML skills
? Familiarity with source control systems (GIT bit bucket, CI/CD)
? Ability to use scripting tools (Perl, Shell, ANT)
? Experience in Agile methodology
? Experience in APIs performance testing preferably with jMeter
