Software Developer ( C#, Windows Forms,) @ Saisun Outsourcing

Desired Job Profile: -

Candidate should have hands on experience on software development life cycle. Candidate should have capability to handle end to end project independently. Candidate should be capable of handling any project related task independently. Should have developed on Software utilities modules to be integrated as part of medium/large scale integration projects. Traffic, transportation, toll, data centre, HTMS/Tolling experience would be an added advantage.

Technology: Hands on experience on C#, Windows Forms, ASP.Net, SQL Server, Writing SQL queries and Stored procedures, jQuery.

Education: - MCA, BE (Computer Science) or equivalents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems
2. Analyzing Information, General Programming Skills, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements
3. Reviewing current systems in terms of:-
   Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
   Working closely with analysts, designers and staff, Sales team, Clients
   Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes
   Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
   Preparation of training manuals for users
   Maintaining the systems once they are up and running
4. Coordinate the creation of a system by ordering the required parts, creating design schematics and special wiring diagrams for assemblers, and supervising their work
5. Interface with many different departments throughout Fairbanks including marketing personnel as the product evolves through the phases of development, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and field service
6. Provide technical input to all other operating groups and Fairbanks customers
7. Develop cost estimates and timelines for product development and/or changes
8. Design, code, and document software using a high level of assembly language
9. Write, modify, and review Service or Operator Manuals
10. Frequent travelling to sites and to meet with customers and assist in product installations
11. Keep a close update of new softwares/systems in market relevant to our industry and implement them for best cost optimisation as well as value addition to our current systems.

Required skills/Requisites

1. Knowledge of programming skills is a prerequisite.
2. Comfortable with web-based programs, as well as traditional programs like Java and Visual Basic.
3. Expertise in current computer hardware and software
4. Ability to use one or more development language (C++, PHP, HTML, etc.)
5. Strong communication skills
6. Ability to work in a team
7. Eye for detail and identifying problems
8. Strong knowledge of electronic devices, particularly microprocessors and analog/communication interfaces
9. Proficient with full MS Office suite, especially Excel
10. Thorough understanding of local (LAN) and wide area networking (WAN), network security, parallel and serial communications (both synchronous and asynchronous), relational database management, file sharing, and all Microsoft operating systems
11. Strong working knowledge of C, assembler, compilers, and emulators
12. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles in scale design testing and manufacturing preferred
