What are we looking:
We are looking for international sales professionals with a strong track record in export business development, lead generation and account manager.
You will need to do a strategic decision-making process and approach to international sales alongside day-to-day hands-on delivery in an entrepreneurial, sales and solution-driven environment that priorities customer satisfaction.
Candidate with strong experience in trade sales and exceptional telephone/email/face-to-face communication and negotiation skills alongside high standards of literacy and astute commercial numeracy. Ambitious, tenacious and determined in meeting agreed sales targets and resilient in handling any buyer objections.
A Good team leader. Analyse Customer & Market data with anticipating new opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Making contact and forming productive and profitable relationships with importers, distributors, large wholesalers, multiple retail chain operators and dealers across the globe.
Supporting business development through cross-selling, up-selling, offers and campaign promotions targeting existing, new and lapsed clients.
Managing and monitoring the progress of orders online from order receipt to export.
Managing documentation requests in coordination with relevant internal departments.
Supporting customer service and customer satisfaction excellence through close working with related internal departments including orders, logistics and stock management.
