The Cloud Consultant/Business Analyst has hands on experience implementing Sales Force functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase.

The Salesforce.com Developer/Integration Consultant for the SaaS SalesForce.com (SFDC) Practice works with SFDC Business Analysts, Senior Consultants and Project Managers on engagements. The Developer will be technically well-rounded with strong communication (oral and written) skills. The role is technical in nature and will be expected to provide the expertise necessary to successfully complete the technical aspects of the client engagement on time, on budget, with deliverables of a high quality. This role works in a fast-paced high-energy market segment and candidates should be able to successfully balance multiple projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities
Be able to contribute to a team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of critical business applications on the Force.com platform
Implement system integration requirements related to client legacy applications as required
Expected to be aware of technology and industry trends and be willing to quickly learn new technologies in order to develop innovative solutions in response to client specific business needs
Participate in definition of end user requirements of new and/or existing customer application implementation projects
Create and maintain system-related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, data maps, configuration worksheets, etc. with all pertinent project information
Provide assistance and technical guidance to junior level consultants
Profile:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects
Should have great understanding in Salesforce.com configuration, workflow and approval process, organizational security controls, sharing rules, queues and public groups, role hierarchy and user profiles, Data Migration process from legacy systems and Reports and dashboards
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: (Drive Technical requirements from Functional / Business requirements, Use Cases, GUI, Screen, Interface designs and Data Migration)
CRM functional knowledge
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of IT Executives, Managers, and Business Leaders and SMEs.
Be the liaison between the business team, technology team, support and offshore team.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating Customer workshops
Understand and document customer business requirements
Discuss and make development team understand business requirements
Review and test the functionality of the customizations provided by development team
Demo the solution to the customer and document the feedback (Conference room Pilot)
Get customer acceptance for the completed requirements
Continuously gain business knowledge of the all / dependent Application
Prepare and conduct business user training & material

Certifications Preferred As Applicable:
SalesForce.com Certification Highly Desirable
