Job Description

Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.

Selected candidates will have work either in Day shifts

Both freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply

Candidate should have good client servicing skills

Any Graduate fresher OR Under-Graduate

Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Responsibility:

Candidates need to handle of customer and solve their queries.

Providing inbound and outbound voice support to the user (receiving inbound calls to service center and customers)

Coordinate between the customer and the service team to ensure quick support
