Job Description
One of Pharma Retailing Innovation First in the World to sales Branded/Generic medicines at up to 10%-85% less price with Disruptive Value Added Services, for our new venture we are searching for motivated Pharmacist who can help them to enlarge their business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Targeted sales Monthly sales target will be communicated periodically for brands allotted for sales.
- To reach defined sales target will be key responsibility.
- Process prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is complete and accurate.
- Effective procurement with Inventory management, Sort, stock, label medication and monitor inventory(Order generate, Placement, purchase and entry of all products, maintaining records).
- Effective counselling for generic medicines or Select the appropriate medicine and measure dosages to fill prescriptions.
- Sterilize surfaces and equipment and prepare the pharmacy for opening.
- Greet customers and answer questions.
- Undertake administrative tasks (e.g.record-keeping) as assigned.
- Maintaining company resources as provided.
- Addressing challenges by offering workable solutions.
- Maintaining co-or dial relations and co-ordination with in house doctors and other team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates with Mparma/BPharma/Dpharma/PharmaD can apply.
- Experience with an online prescription system is a plus.
- Knowledge of medication and dosage measurement.
- Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual and result oriented.
