Key Responsibilities : A: Work on Oracle cloud support related activities
B: Resolve tickets as per SLA
Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams
D: Attend business discussions with client

Technical Experience : A: Must have 5 years of experience with Oracle Financials
B: Good to have minimum 1-2 years experience in Oracle Cloud
Should have good experience in General Ledger, Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Asset

Professional Attributes : A: Good communication skill
B: Good client facing skill

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
