Roles & Responsibilities,

• Well Versed with Finance Market, banking systems, Credit Evaluating Capability, Raising Economic Finances.
• Evaluate working Capital and Working Capital Cycle, Funds Planning and allocation.
• Sourcing funds from long term investments (Both Debt and Equity).
• Thorough knowledge of finalization of Accounts of the company and preparation of Group Profit & Loss Account.
• Balance sheet on monthly basis.
• Should be dynamic enough to advise the Management regarding the possible changes in the Business process with focus
• in improving Top Line and Bottom Line.
• Thorough Knowledge in Company Law, Partnership Act, Partnership LLP, GST Act, Income tax Act, Trust Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, General Commercial Law, SARFAESI Act.
• Ensure Compliance with various statutory requirements like Filing Monthly, quarterly, Annual Returns under GST Act, Income Tax Act, Companies Act
• and comply with Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Forecast and Performance reports the banks as per Loan Sanction Terms.
• All functional activities of the Accounts manager and accounts department in general.
