Desired Candidate Profile

Job Descripation:

Knowledge of linux is mandatory with good communication skill (Must)

Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated
problems.
Conduct remote troubleshooting.
Setup computers and install software for various applications and
programs.
Acts as a focal point for all IT related needs & queries in the office.
Good knowledge of video conferencing, Hangout meet, google suite etc.
Service level agreement, vendor management, incident management,
problem management and asset management.
Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with
routine maintenance.
Knowledge of Google Suite will be an added advantage
