Profile- Application Support
Experience - 0- 2 yrs
Job Location- Noida
Job Requirement-
- Analyse configurations, application and system log files to determine the cause of issue.
- Maintain accountability for an issue until the same is resolved.
- Configuring IIS and troubleshooting issues related to IIS.
- Should be strong in Windows and SQL database.
- Responsible for resolving support issue by using his technical expertise and flexible enough to look for solutions that may be out of the box.
- High attention to detail in identifying root-cause.
- The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customers problem or question and help them solve it.
- Basic knowledge of Networking and ports.
- Basic knowledge on cloud platform.
